Dr. Racheli Kreisberg
Founder and General Manager
Dr. Racheli Kreisberg is an entrepreneur and expert in innovation in general, and specifically in the hydrogen sector. She has been active in the field of hydrogen since 2020 while she served as Innovation Attaché of the Netherlands Innovation Network, Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy, at the Netherlands Embassy in Israel (2016-2024).
During these years, she transferred knowledge on the hydrogen value chain from the Netherlands to Israel, organized webinars, a summer school on hydrogen valleys, delegations and presented at national and international conferences in the Eastern Mediterranean region.
Nowadays, she resumed working via her consultancy company IBEXPERTS Ltd. (IBEX), established in 2004 (https://www.ibexperts.com) which specializes in initiation and management of international projects. She is proactive in the development of the Israeli hydrogen sector, including the establishment of a hydrogen community, contributing her knowledge and experience in the field of hydrogen valleys, consulting companies in developing international cooperation, as well as organizing hydrogen educational courses.
Dr. Kreisberg served as the Head of the Bioinformatics Unit of Tel Aviv University between 1998-2005. She holds a PhD in Biotechnology and Molecular Microbiology from Tel Aviv University (TAU), an Executive MBA from TAU, an MSc in Chemistry (summa cum laude) from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology, and a BSc in biology from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Racheli was born in the Netherlands and immigrated with her family to Israel.
