Dr. Racheli Kreisberg
Founder and General Manager
Dr. Racheli Kreisberg is an entrepreneur and expert in innovation in general, and specifically in the hydrogen sector. She has been active in the field of hydrogen since 2020 while she served as Innovation Attaché of the Netherlands Innovation Network, Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy, at the Netherlands Embassy in Israel (2016-2024).
During these years, she transferred knowledge on the hydrogen value chain from the Netherlands to Israel, organized webinars, a summer school on hydrogen valleys, delegations and presented at national and international conferences in the Eastern Mediterranean region.
Nowadays, she resumed working via her consultancy company IBEXPERTS Ltd. (IBEX), established in 2004 (https://www.ibexperts.com) which specializes in initiation and management of international projects. She is proactive in the development of the Israeli hydrogen sector, including the establishment of a hydrogen community, contributing her knowledge and experience in the field of hydrogen valleys, consulting companies in developing international cooperation, as well as organizing hydrogen educational courses.
Dr. Kreisberg served as the Head of the Bioinformatics Unit of Tel Aviv University between 1998-2005. She holds a PhD in Biotechnology and Molecular Microbiology from Tel Aviv University (TAU), an Executive MBA from TAU, an MSc in Chemistry (summa cum laude) from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology, and a BSc in biology from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Racheli was born in the Netherlands and immigrated with her family to Israel.

Dr. Amit Mor, an energy economist, energy strategist, and financial analyst, is the CEO of Eco Energy Financial & Strategic Consulting. He earned his Ph.D. in Energy & Environmental Economics at Penn State University (1997). He studied Economics, Finance and Psychology at the Hebrew University. Dr. Mor served as a consultant to governments, financial organizations, public and private companies. During the past 20 years he worked intensively on issues concerning the development of the East MED energy and natural gas sectors and led the team that prepared the Energy Master Plan for the State of Israel and participated in the World Bank team that prepared the Energy Master Plan for the Palestinian Authority. He is also serving as a Senior Lecturer at the Reichman University and teaches courses on Middle East energy economics, geopolitics, Strategy and Security. He is also serving as a Senior Researcher at the Institute of Policy & Strategy (IPS) at Reichman University.

Rotem Arad is an entrepreneur, an experienced executive with a track record of working in the hydrogen, energy, environment, and biomedical industries. He is experienced in business development, and in sales & marketing. He develops and manages strategic partnerships and builds sales channels in international markets across the Americas, EMEA, China, India, Japan, and the Far East for private and publicly traded companies, such as Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Nestle, Danone, Carlsberg, GE (Suez). In the field of hydrogen, he created a top-level penetration strategy for H2Pro’s new green hydrogen production technologies. Rotem Arad has a B.A. in Economics and Business Management & Executive MBA from Recanati Program focused on Marketing from Tel Aviv University.
